Kelly's confidential and private space at Lifemark Sport and Health Centre in Clayton Park offers free on site parking. Lifemark is conveniently located in the well known Canada Games Centre which is adjacent to the Halifax Transit Lacewood Bus Terminal.
Kelly also travels to clients in assisted care, supported care, or long-term care facilities. Kelly is available for consultation and counselling sessions: Monday 9 a.m to 4 p.m Tuesday 9 a.m to 7:15pm Wednesday 9 a.m to 4 p.m Thursday 12 p.m to 7:30 p.m Friday 11:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. (902) 225-2845 kellycopeland@eastlink.ca Fees and payment methods Kelly offers 60-minute individual or two-person (co-caregivers) counselling sessions. Kelly encourages clients who plan to use their workplace Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) or healthcare insurance policy to cover the cost of counselling to contact their EFAP provider or insurance provider to clarify the number of counselling sessions available to them, free-of-charge, under their program or policy agreement. Kelly offers private, out-of-pocket counselling sessions per 60-minute session. Clients can pay for counselling services by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Clients can choose to claim counselling services as medical expenses on their tax returns. Cancellation policy Kelly asks clients for 24-hour advance notice for missed sessions. Missed sessions can be rescheduled for the next convenient time. Commitment to client confidentiality and privacy Kelly treats client communication and engagement in counselling with the highest ethical practice established for counselling therapists in Canada and Nova Scotia, in keeping with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and applicable provincial and federal legislation. |
